You might be here because you feel stuck with nowhere to turn. Since you are here, there also exists within you a hope and a desire for change.
You might be finding that certain thoughts, feelings and behaviors are getting in your way and you feel the need for pause and reflection.
You might be considering taking the first and often the most difficult step which is reaching out.
Personal struggle is an opportunity. I’m certain you have heard this before. The question is how to find the opportunity in your struggle. Finding answers requires asking the right questions and sometimes those are hard to come up with alone.
I became a therapist because I believe that despite our varied individual backgrounds and experiences, we can always relate to one another from a place of feelings. I am committed to creating a welcoming, safe and collaborative environment, where we can explore questions and discover and consider possible solutions. My focus will be you.
I am dedicated to helping you find your path forward by better understanding yourself and your relationships. I integrate various methods based on your comfort, needs and goals. I approach every client as an individual with a unique story to tell and personal strengths to draw upon.
My strongest desire as a therapist is to help shine a light when the path feels dark and you feel lost. Together, we can work towards furthering self-awareness and can explore new opportunities for personal evolution and growth.
