Women's Wellness Group
A 4-part women's wellness skill-building series covering mental health and the body with an emphasis on nutrition, hormones, vagus nerve and the mind/body connection as it relates to mental health. The workshop will coincide with the lunar cycle.

How to Register
To register please click the Appointment Request button below to schedule an initial Intake Call. It will take about 15 minutes on the phone. At your scheduled time our friendly intake coordinator Denise Johnson will call you to discuss the status of the groups and register you. We will need a credit card on file. We bill for the sessions weekly.
