    Anxiety Workshop Utilizing DBT Skills – May 2024

    • Date: May 11th or May 18th 
    • Time: To Be Determined
    • Who: Teens ages 14-17 
    • What: This co-ed group focuses on understanding anxiety and learning practical tools for managing it. Participants will increase their emotional regulation skills, develop strategies for managing intense emotions, and learn to integrate heart and mind connections.


    College transition & connections support group – June – August 2024

    • Rolling admissions – can join the group at any time
    • Date:  2nd and 4th weekend of each month June – August.
      • June 8th and June 22nd
      • July 13th and July 27th
      •  August 10th and August 24th. 
    • Time: 11am – 1pm or 12pm – 2pm
    • Who: High School Seniors going off to college 
    • What: This support group is tailored for high school seniors transitioning to college. This group will provide a safe space to explore the challenges of adjusting to new environments and making connections. Through discussions and practical exercises, participants will cultivate resilience and develop essential coping strategies to navigate the various aspects of college life. Topics may include managing academic demands, building social networks, and coping with homesickness. By sharing experiences and learning from one another, participants will gain valuable insights and skills to thrive during this significant life transition.


    How to Register

    To register please click the Appointment Request button below to schedule an initial Intake Call. It will take about 15 minutes on the phone. At your scheduled time our friendly intake coordinator Denise Johnson will call you to discuss the status of the groups and register you.   We will need a credit card on file. We bill for the sessions weekly.
